Colegio Albania is administered by the Fundacion Educativa Cerrejon (FECEN). It is governed by a Board of Directors whose members are drawn from the following positions in the parent company, Cerrejón:
1. Manager of the Human Resources Department (President of the Board)
2. Financial Vice-president
3. Public Affair Vice-president
4. Legal Department Manager.
